Alright, Dashawna thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?

I hope my legacy would be to heal many people & to be an inspiration. Using natural products can change your life tremendously . The legacy I want to leave is for everyone to know no matter what life throws at you to still remain positive & shine bright . I discovered my purpose & I am here to share it with the world.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

My name is Dashawna Phillips I am the Owner & Founder of The Healing Guru Co. I am a healer & herbalist . I found my purpose & decided to share it with the world. During the Pandemic I decided to turn my own life experiences into something positive . The Healing Guru Co provides healing through natural feminine products . We offer many juices , natural soaps , natural oils , and more healing products . We provide a safe space for all of our customers that’s on their healing journey which allows one to become the best version of themself. The Healing Guru Co have helped over 70 women conceive & some of these ppl have tried fertility clinics but didn’t get any positive results . Natural healing is always better the body will always appreciate that versus going other routes . We also supported many women in terms of one creating a better feminine health regime. To think about one accomplishment that I am most proud of would be when The Healing Guru Co was aired on Power 95.5 Radio station Randomly . This stood out to me because no matter what I go through I remain positive & to shine bright like a diamond . I didn’t know we would be on the radio until about twenty minutes beforehand. This also shows that’s it’s always people watching & promoting my business is literally paying off .

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

I keep up with clients by my group page that I created which is called Healing HER . I have almost 400 group members & everyone is able to be the first to know about updates plus to know when restocks will happen . Far as brand loyalty I tend to open up the website early & let group members get first grabs on products . I also keep in touch by posting during the week on Social media specifically Facebook . This gives ppl a chance to interact with me relating to what products they want to see restocked or even updates on them using our healing products .

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

The best source of new clients for me has been my website & as well customer reviews that I post on social media . With the reviews I would add pictures & a short video clip as well . I am very shy so I hate being on camera but a lot of ppl have tuned into my podcast where I explain many topics relating to my business in details . Basically I’ve created a safe space & spread positivity this has caused me to have alot of new clients .
