Inspired by the word “trendsetter,” the family chose the name Trendsetters Enterprises to reflect our goal of setting a new standard in the business development industry. With over 30 years of experience in management, education, business consulting, and quality assurance, the family had the skills and knowledge needed to help businesses succeed.
We recognized that the logistics industry needed a new approach to training and development. We saw an opportunity to use our expertise to help businesses improve their logistics processes and become more efficient. We create targeted ads, posts, and informational videos; utilizing digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization, to help increase visibility and attract new clients. We offer incentives for referrals for discounts on future services.
Most importantly, we provide exceptional customer service. We ensure we deliver excellent customer service to consistently exceed client expectations. Building a positive reputation helps us attract new business. Word of mouth and positive reviews is our most potent marketing tools.
