We recently connected with Darelle Noel and have shared our conversation below.
Darelle , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?
To become successful I always believed in something called the Red Thread Mindset which is 1. Developing a deep passions for your goals in your life and your field 2. Having the will (mentally and physically) to not stop until you ultimately become successful at that. That has helped me in My career is in al facets.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I got into the training space in 2011 when I was living in Houston where i am originally from and it began as an initiative to raise the awareness and importance of living a better quality of life through exercising and propers nutrition habits. That stemmed from me growing up with both go my parents having health risk factors related to the environment that we grew up in that really wasn’t prudent with in those things. That lead me to go back to school and study exercise science and nutrition which led to me gaining an internship opportunity with the sports performance company Athletes Performance known now as EXOS. At that time in 2012 EXOS was regarded as the premier athletic training institute in the country and it was a great honor to have that opportunity.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I think that one thing that has helped my brand in the market that I’m in is my commitment to why clients and my consistency, I take bride in me being there each and every session which is one reason why I’ve always worked on my own because that part was always fulfilling to me to be present. That along with having the mindset of always being consistent through all circumstances those little lessons are what I continually preach to my clients. That’s where future success starts!
Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
My go to book is called Mastery by Robert Greene, when I began training every last quarter of the year which is when most of the athletes that I would work with would go off to their season (September – December) I would learn new skills or develop new tactics that I would apply to my coaching philosophy. I got that notion from this book, continuing to be a student and open to new knowledge is definitely one of the ways I stayed engaged and up to date in my work.
