We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Daphne Saintil a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Daphne, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?

My husband and I love everything we do to be done with excellence. We knew we wanted our business to model that. When you think of something being Top Tier, you understand that you’ll receive the highest quality. It was a no brainer

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

My name is Daphne. I am the Co Owner of Top Tier Entertainment. We specialize in production in the Central Florida area. We service weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, etc. Some of the products we have are the popular 360 Photo booth, Cold Sparklers, Dancing on the Cloud Machine, CO2 Fog Guns, Up lights, Etc. I am so proud of the work we have been done in the Central Florida area and beyond. Providing amazing visual production services to the events has been so fulfilling. We strive to let our clients know that they come first and we will do what it takes to provide them an experience they will never forget.

Can you tell us the story behind how you met your business partner?

We’ll I met my business partner in the easiest way possible because i’m married to him LOL. Creating Top Tier was actually his idea. I fell in love with the concept and was instantly on board. Working with your partner can be difficult at times because you have to remember to separate business and personal opinions and feelings. We’ve learned so much on this journey and I truly wouldn’t have it any other way.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I believe what helped build our reputation within our market is the attitude that we have with each booking. We understand that the client comes first always and it’s our job to make sure they have what they desire and we create the production inspiration they desire. With my 15 plus years in the customer service industry I understand this concept. With this approach our clients appreciate our extra efforts which in return refer us to their family and friends.
