Danielle , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

I created Danielle Sadé Artistry and Sadé Unlimited to allow those an outlet to curate their own personal beauty journey and unleash their inner fashionista. We are often lead to believe that there is one walk of style or that we must adhere to beauty trends. While trends may seem cool, there is nothing cooler than being yourself

Danielle , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My Sade Empire was created to fulfill my passions within the fashion and beauty industry. Danielle Sade Artistry is where I explore all walks of beauty and help them enhance their inner beauty one brush at a time. My fashion brand, Sade Unlimited evolved as I made way for people to express the fashionista in them. My first design, “Fashionably Black” was created to embody the uniqueness of being black in this world today. Launching this collection was my proudest moment because everything that my brands stand for is to stand strong in your individuality. I believe in being able to speak for yourself without opening your mouth. That your look should match the awesome personality walking into the room.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Back in 2019, I lost my biggest cheerleader, my dad. He was the one I could call on and pour out my ideas. He knew my passion and understood how much I just wanted to be a blessing to others. Losing him caused an unprecedented halt in my creativity that I tried to regain to make him proud. Getting back in the groove wasn’t easy but when I thought about the guardian angel I gained, it made things just a little easier. To know that I’m living in my passion day in and day out is what he always wanted for his baby girl. Some days are tough, but envisioning his smile from up above makes giving up not an option.

Is there a mission driving your creative journey?

Showing the world that there is nothing wrong with a “Jill of All Trades.” For a long time, I was afraid of showcasing how much I was capable of because I knew people would see me as doing, “the most.” Being unapologetic in my passions and knowing that I was given a gift for a reason. And that there is someone out there waiting for me to share my story.
