Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Danielle Norwitz . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Danielle, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright – so having the idea is one thing, but going from idea to execution is where countless people drop the ball. Can you talk to us about your journey from idea to execution?

I didn’t always love cooking. I started very late (in college) and was used to cooking simple dinners. I decided to become vegan a few years out of college and I’ve never looked back. From there, I started getting creative in the kitchen! I had a dream that I would make a food Instagram, and the day after, I made it a reality. I’m very excited to experience success after only having my account for less than 2 years. I love posting high protein vegan food and motivating people to eat plant-based.

Danielle, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I am a creative where I share vegan food recipes and videos on Instagram, TikTok, and my blog. I got into recipe creating during the pandemic, and found my passion in the whole process. I love filming and taking photos of the steps too. I shifted my focus to higher protein meals because that is what I’m passionate about. A huge misconception is that vegan food is always low in protein, so I’m out here trying to prove everyone wrong!

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

I really want everyone to understand that vegan food should be normalized. Even eating one vegan meal a day is helping the environment.

Looking back, are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?

I love learning about food photography from The Bite Shot and my huge inspiration online is to be like Caitlin Shoemaker.
