Alright, Amber Danielle thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?

This was about as hard as deciding on a logo! My company name is In SIght Organizer LLC. I’m fully aware Professional Organizer is a title a lot of people are still unaware of. So I wanted our motto and title to be something that made it clear what are mission is. As organizers we declutter and help you manage your belongings so they’re IN SIGHT! Hence IN SIGHT organizer!

We’re a female black owned multi cultural team of professional organizers. I wanted the focus to be rather we’re planning your move, packing or unpacking for your move, and or organizing your full home or business you’re aware everything will be In Sight!

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Our focus is our woman based team can provide full home and business services. We provide your go to solution to getting your space in order! If you don’t have time or struggle with space management let us do it! We can pack you to relocate and even unpacking you in an organized manner so you can live and function in your space. All your day to day task can be alot but with our team of 7 highly skilled ladies it’s nothing we can’t handle. If your home is overwhelming and feel cluttered we can refresh your space! Don’t even want to be bothered with the moving process hire us to assist as your moving concierge! We’ll get your quote, manage with our moving company, and our team will put all your belongings in place. Not to mention we can do the same thing for your business!

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

Managing a team and maintain standards by far has been the biggest learning curve! Probably the second hardest task aside from keeping business constantly! For me customer service is key and I make that very clear to my team from initial conversations! Putting allot emphasis on customers and how we treat them natural made my team become more caring and thoughtful to work ethic and going above and beyond for our clients. It allowed me to find quality people who cared based on how I wanted our clients treated Vs hiring people who wanted to have a side gig or make money. I tell my team it’s other companies we have to stand out for our approach of been a team and really supporting.our client with a service and thoughtfulness to just list and care beyond helping.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

I had to learn immediately that every opportunity isn’t always worth it. Sometimes I believe because of the confusion of maid Vs organizer it’s hard for clients to understand the value and cost for our trade. When business has slow period in the beginning I would take any opportunity and lower our pricing. But I lost team members and had the lowest of quality experiences with the most tasking gigs. Ever so quickly I had to respect and demand understanding for our skill and require better standards for our team. Every client new or old isn’t worth it maintaining the lead is more deadful than the task is worth for the well being of myself and team. Every dollar didn’t make cents!
