Hi everyone, my name is Danielle Jackson and two years ago I experienced a life-altering moment of clarity when I lost my mother. For years, I had been neglecting my own self-care, running on empty and not making myself a priority. I was burning out and suffering from debilitating migraines, trying prescription after prescription with no relief. That’s when I decided to create something natural and organic to treat my migraines – Watering Soule was born! My Migraine Shower Steamer was the perfect remedy and it completely changed my life, restoring balance and encouraging me to prioritize my wellbeing. From there I wanted to share my story and my Shower Steamers with the world. Self care is not an OPTION …. It is a REQUIREMENT!

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Getting your business noticed on social media can be a bit of a challenge, but it’s not an impossible feat! We’ve managed to make waves in the Self Care world and we’re excited to share our success tips with those just starting out. You must establish your niche and what will make you stand out amongst the rest!

We narrowed our focus to the platforms that made the most sense for our products – Instagram . We then crafted our message to be consistent across all posts. We also made sure to stay steady with the type and frequency of content we posted – visuals and helpful tips related to our products. This has helped us build an engaged and loyal following.

We’ve also had success with influencer marketing. We’ve worked with an array of influencers to help spread the word about our brand and get it in front of a wider audience.

And finally, we like to foster a sense of community with our followers. We love having conversations with them and are always open to feedback. This has allowed us to provide the best service possible to our customers.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

My journey began when I had to unlearn a lesson: self-care was not a luxury, it was a necessity. I wanted to create a product that allowed people to experience a spa-like atmosphere in the comfort of their own home. That’s when I had the idea to launch my own self-care company focused around shower steamers.
