I’m seeing a lot of people become more aware of what they are eating and how it affects their body.

I’ve always enjoyed cooking and when I had the opportunity to do what I wanted some friends recommended I start a IG acct and share my recipes. It grew from there and then over time I niched the business down to GF and DF.
Have you ever had to pivot?
Early on I realized to be successful on social media and to get in front of brands you really need to be niched down.

Create good solid content. What would you want to see, have, be included in a post. And be consistent.
