Corporations around the world spend millions of dollars teaching their staff and executives to know more, they do not teach them how to implement what they already know. Danielle teaches individuals to take responsibility for their current results, recognizing that they are not doing what they know to do and she takes her audience to the root cause of why they get stopped, inspiring them to know and believe that they have the power to change their mindset in order to create the success they dream of!
My story:
I got into this industry first as a client looking for a solution and wondering why I was not successful despite working so hard. (see later story). I tripled my income as a client in mindset work and then decided to help others understand the truth of who they are and the power of their mind locked up within them.
I became a coach and attract women who are overworked and know that they are made for more. They also want to know the secret to success and are relieved to find out that I have a system to follow, step by step system that we actually guarantee. if they follow the program as designed and we tell them how to do that, we’ll guarantee that they will at least double their investment within their 12 months with us. Many clients 2-3, 5 and even 10X their income during their year with us.
What sets me a part is that I walk my talk. I am fully embodied in this work and apply it to my own life. I consider myself a student of this material for life. My clients see me in real time navigating life and applying the principles that I teach. I am also known for guiding my clients on HOW to apply the Universal Laws and success principles to their life. There is a reason people read self development books and not much changes, knowledge is important but it is applied knowledge that creates the change. I had to figure out how to apply these principles to my life. Once I figured out how to do this, I became obsessed with showing others how to apply it. it is one thing if I can create success in my life, and I know I’m doing my job well when others follow in my footsteps and are also creating success. So far, more than 2 dozen millionaires have come through our community. They came to our community and I showed them what to do and how to do it and they did it, they followed the system to create success. May others have reached their personal goals and we have a very high success rate, the only time the principles don’t work is if they are not applied, and this takes practice and persistence. This is why accountability is so important in our community. We have study clubs, support team, peer to peer masterminds, live hot seat coaching with question and answer periods plus weekly live teaching with applicable tools.
What also makes me unique is my background in science and spirituality. In my early twenties, I went to India to study with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and completed a 10 day meditation retreat in silence. I have since studied with Columbian shaman, elders in Costa Rica, reiki masters in Japan and in November I go to Egypt to further my studies. I combine this spirituality with my background in Science. I have a bachelors from Queen University, where I studied life sciences, with minors in women studies, psychology and world religion and philosophy. I geek out on the science behind the mind and how we work as human beings. I love reading scientific studies and often bring the “proof” through scientific research to help our community members build their faith and understanding through study.
I love what I do!
The problems I solve:
People who are working hard and are sick of it, realizing that there must be a better way – I show them that way.
I work with spiritual women or artists who have a connection to their divinity, however have money blocks. I show them how to create structure to allow the money to flow.
Corporations or businesses who spend thousands of dollars on training but their sales people or staff don’t do what they know to do. I help bridge that gap so that the staff now start implement the training and get results.
I work with people who have low confidence and want to upgrade their identity, they know deep down they are made for more but don’t know how or they can’t yet see themselves getting outside their comfort zone.
I work with women who are already successful and feel guilty for wanting more, however they know that they have a bigger impact to make. I work with them as they are worried about going to the next level and “rocking the boat”, but they know they have no choice but to rise.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
From a very young age I learned that hard work was necessary to achieve success in any area of your life. I watched my father work four jobs in order to put food on the table. My parents did their best, and I knew that we struggled. We didn’t have extra money, and when I asked to go to Disneyland like my friends, I was told that it wasn’t for families like ours. I learned that if I wanted something I needed to work hard to make it happen. I did just that, I got my first paper route job when I was nine years old, and worked hard to save money to go to England with my grandparents (of course they paid for it too). I then followed in my father’s foot steps and got four jobs during the summer before University to support my dreams.
I continued to live the lesson that “hard work pays off” and I wore hard work like a badge of honour. I would pull all nighters at University, I was always the last person finishing up the job at my workplace, sweating and barely taking time for a lunch break.
Later in my career, if things came easy, I would have to go work long hours to feel worthy of the success. This lesson I learned as a child became a deeply engrained paradigm.
When I started my career as an entrepreneur, I said yes to network marketing and I loved it. I assumed that I would be super successful, just like in my corporate career and I wasn’t. I struggled, working hard for two and half years and my results were not a reflection of all the hard work I was putting in. I was confused and frustrated. At that time, I returned to the books I studied in my early twenties, books like “Think and Grow Rich”, and “Awakening The Buddha Within”. I started meditating again after more than a decade break. I dove deep into personal development which led me to Bob Proctor and his teachings. He reminded me that success is 95% mindset with energetics and only 5% strategy and action. He told me that “thoughts become things” and I realised that my hard work programming was actually hindering my success not helping me. It was my programming that needed an upgrade. I needed to unlearn this lesson from childhood and re-learn the truth, which was that I am a powerful spiritual being in this human body, and my thoughts are powerful and they create my reality. Taking action is important and aligned action creates success, not just any action for the sake of hard work, Within six months, I tripled my income and started winning awards with my network marketing company. I did NOT work any harder during that time, it was remarkable, I actually worked less and earned more money. I changed my mindset and my results changed. After this experience, I knew that I needed to share this new learning with others, and I became a coach with the Proctor Gallagher Institute and then used the same material to create a successful coaching business and earn the prestigious opportunity to work closely with Bob Proctor in his Inner Circle of Excellence.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
When I was in my network marketing career and was not successful, I had the belief that if only I could work harder at my business, then I would be successful. I quit my corporate job to focus on network marketing and my dream to be an entrepreneur. I assumed that if only I could work harder and spend more time on my business, I would be a success. It didn’t work. My results hardly shifted. At the same time, I was investing in my business and not much money was coming in to pay the bills. I went into credit card debt and it became very stressful. I remember fighting about money and my decisions with my husband, and I was crying and prayed for an answer. Shortly after this my mother took me to a Bob Proctor seminar and I decided to invest in myself again. I heard him speak and I knew that he knew what he was talking about. I didn’t have the money and I did it anyway. I then had to make a decision to “go all in” and if I was going to be successful, it was up to me. I decided to stop blaming others for my results and take radical responsibility for myself and my business. I studied Bob’s program (the program that I now coach) like my life depended on it, and it did. I tripled my income within six months and my income continued to rise. It took a lot of focus and resilience as I had to shut out the outside noise. The naysayers who didn’t believe in me or my business. I had to learn how to apply the material to my life and live in harmony with these new insights (Universal Laws) I was learning. The people around me thought that I had lost my mind, I was accused of being in a cult and being brainwashed. And, I kept going anyway. I knew I had my hands on the secret and I was determined to allow my results prove it to others. I did!
Fast forward, and I became one of Bob Proctor’s top consultants, and becoming one of his proteges to create a multi-million dollar brand. I am grateful that I followed my heart and persisted as now I help others do the same. Another story of resilience has been this past year and half. I have been going through my own transformation and choosing myself, as I am currently separating from my husband and this comes after loosing my 16 year old niece in a car accident. I share this because our personal power comes from within, and our resilience is needed every single day to continue to show up for our communities and live our purpose no matter what is going on in our own personal worlds. The truth is the world needs us right now, the world needs light, and I can be the light and inspire others while going through my own personal obstacles aka opportunities for growth. It can be challenging and beautiful at the same time! In this moment, I acknowledge my resilience, and my commitment to continue to run a successful company while taking good care of myself and my daughter with the support of my team, family and friends.
