We were lucky to catch up with Daniela Sanchez recently and have shared our conversation below.
Daniela, appreciate you joining us today. In our experience, overnight success is usually the result of years of hard work laying the foundation for success, but unfortunately, it’s exactly this part of the story that most of the media ignores. So, we’d appreciate if you could open up about your growth story and the nitty, gritty details that went into scaling up.
well, scale up in the real estate industry its a little bit hard for people that think is pretty easy to sell house, especially in this market where you find a lot of colleague, but for me another colleague is not a competition for me the competition is with me. in the beginning every step is very important for your advance, you need to believe in yourself, because in the way you will going to find people that they will tell you there are many realtors in the industry or you waste your time, or find a full time job, but you know what is the best important that do you have with the real estate, the time, that you can management your time. if you ask me What is your recommendation for new agents? I can tell them do not doubt them, insist, persist and never give up, because you are probably in a job that you do not like but tomorrow you will see the results of the effort you have made in real estate.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I moved to orlando 7 years ago, I started in the hospitality industry and I was work in Renaissance Orlando at Seaward for 5 years until the pandemic started after that I worked in amazon and bath and body works until I decided to change my life, in that moment the hospitality doesn’t recovery well, I wished to come back and I came back but I came back as Housekeeper, in that moment I understood that my God tried to tell me something, before to came back I got my license but you know I insisted to come back to my confort, but I understood that my time in hospitality industry was over and I accepted to entry in the Real Estate industry and start again my career but in new area. I help to people to find not them house, I do not call it house I call a real home, the house where they feel comfortable, where they find peace, the house they always want to come back, if you don’t like the house I will not force you to make a decision that you do not want. I want to be remembered as the realtor who helped you find the house of your dreams, not the realtor that pushed you to take a bad decision. I am going to do that you have the best experience ever. when I work with my client i feel them part of my family.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
Yes, “the Magic” of Byrne Rhonda. in the beginning when I feeling lost I started to read this book, and they taught me a lot. sometimes we feeling lost the faith, we dont believe in anything when the all things going bad, economy, family, job, clients, you feel like everything in your life is negative, but the book help you to believe again in the magic, teach you how you can change your mind, because everything is on our mind.
