Daniela, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear about when you first realized that you wanted to pursue a creative path professionally.

I have always liked everything that had to do with the art of entertainment. I danced flamenco since I was 3 years old and everything that had to do with entertaining and creating was always very small for me.

The first time I realized that I wanted to dedicate myself to creating content was in 2020 with the pandemic when I lost my job, I saw an opportunity to spend more time creating fashion videos and tips that could help other women, so little by little I realized I gave everything and now I work with my favorite brands and I have a community of women who trusted me and together we went further

Daniela, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Daniela Salas I am 24 years old, I’m a latina fashion blogger, and content creator

I moved to the United States when I was nineteen years old in search of a better future that my country Venezuela could not offer me, I came with my boyfriend we been in a relationship for six years and he is still my photographer in all my ideas, I started to create content as a hobby and now it has become my career that I work for daily

How did you build your audience on social media?

When I started there was not as much information about this business as now, so I learned little by little, writing to brands looking for opportunities, the most important thing for me on this path was not to be ashamed to talk about what I am passionate about, I would tell those people who are just starting out on social networks who don’t care what others think or say about you, who put their sorrow aside and do this for you, who take risks to create the life of your dreams

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?

my goal is that each person who sees me takes something from me to be able to touch that person’s life in a positive way, helping them to look and feel better talking about mental health for those people who are struggling with their self-esteem
