I hope that when I retire that folks will remember Daniel Zivetz as an honest, upfront and knowledgable person and tech. I hope that they will point out how reliable and dependable I was and how I was always present for them and their PC and netwrok needs. My 5 Star rating on Yelp, Google Profile and Angi will reflect my dedication to my cause plus my people skills as I’ve been able to negotiate even the most difficult issues in the PC field. and work will all comers. I wish to be remembered as level headed and fair minded. My clients will attest to how much care and attention I gave to all of their issues and guarenteed a successful outcome. What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

I get quite a few word of mouth referrals from other satisfied customers. Clients also come back to me when a new or recurring issue arises. With my 5 Star rating on Yelp, Google Profiles and Angi I am easily searched for on the web and prospective clients read my summary and reviews and contact me either by phone or email or text. I am active on Social Media so folks see me regurlarly on Facebook, Intstagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube. I post often with relavant and timely information that people find useful enough to pursue my services.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?

One strategy that works for me is requesting my clients to post reviews online of my services whether they were satisfied or not. This way more people are made aware of what i offer and are inclined to reach out when they are encountering an issue. As my review base grows, more and more folks find me and are convinced that i am a good fit for their needs. In this way I stand out among my competitors and clients fell more confident that I will be able to address what PC, network or web design challanges they might have
