Alright, Daniel thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Do you take vacations? Why or why not?

Hahaha if you ask some people, they might say, “He’s always on vacation!” But honestly- I work every day. I’m fortunate to be in a place of business in my life that allows me to work anywhere in the world!
As a business owner I think it’s extremely important (if you’re able) to carve out a couple days every other month. Either some place warm, away from your regular day to day or take a short drive somewhere. For me, places that include warm weather and a beach always rejuvenates me.

Daniel, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I am a wedding professional. I specialize in wedding films. I used to DJ for clubs and weddings, but gradually started learning the craft of film. I’ve always enjoyed creating. I like to think I’m able to problem solve “on the fly” to help couples on their big day. The way I collab with couples and then them trusting my vision for their final product sets me apart from a lot of other industry leaders.
I have many years of learning, and teaching under my belt that help me create couples ultimate wedding experience. And since I love being in front of the camera as well… I’m always looking forward to having them on my socials!
Also a little BTS from my films, I sneak a small cameo of myself somewhere in all my films. My couples and viewers have fun trying to find it!

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

Network, Network, Network! Surround yourself with like minded individuals and with other professionals who are getting the business and clients you want to have!

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?

Besides networking with other entrepreneurs and wedding professionals… for me, wedding planners and photographers are my “best friends” in this industry. You can learn and benefit so much from them.
