We were lucky to catch up with Dani Martinelli recently and have shared our conversation below.
Dani, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
I was riding my peloton a few weeks ago, and the trainer says, “Those that don’t believe in magic, will never find it.”
I got off my bike… pressed the pause button and wrote this down.
“Those that don’t believe in magic, will never find it.
Find the magic makers, Dani. Find them.”
I left corporate world about six months ago. I didn’t know what was next for me professionally but I did know that I needed that exact contrast to be clear on exactly what I wanted to attract into my life.
To know what you do not want is a gift.
To be willing to lean into the discomfort of uncertainty is risky … and it’s the only way to see what life is like on the other side.
For months I followed the meditations of Dr. Joe Dispenza and I got clear on what my next professional role would FEEL like.
Opportunities came in one after another and my gut said no.
My mind wanted to say yes and yet I waited.
The opportunity needed to be BIG…
It had to be significant + allow people to truly be seen and heard.
It had to build community + I wanted it to help people through their pain + struggles.
𝙉𝙖𝙗𝙖 entered into my lap and I knew that this was it for me personally + personally.
I think … this platform (NABA) is what humankind needs.
We are looking for the game changers of the world.
With great risk comes great rewards.
𝙉𝙖𝙗𝙖 – it’s not a thing. It’s a feeling.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’ve worked in marketing and sales for years. Direct sales + network marketing success is what put me on the map.
Though I think what differentiates me is my willingness to share my story will vulnerability.
I share quite openly about my struggles with depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, addiction… and solo parenting.
With great light comes deep shadows.
In 𝙉𝘼𝘽𝘼… we rise together.
We learn, educate and unite so no one suffers alone.
We are building the community now with soulful leaders, game changers and visionaries.
It will grow fast. It will grow ferociously and it will bring people together.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Being raw, bold and vulnerable.
I have had great success in life and I have also been in great turmoil.
I’ve been willing to write real content.
I have empowered people to tell their stories.
My story is someone else’s survival guide.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
Meditation.
Leaning into creating a team culture that values mindset work more than numbers.
And truly leading by example.
Less work – more play.
