The journey to creating Audio Sorcerer began with a passion for music and a desire to help other artists take their music to a new level. Ever since I can remember, music has been a powerful, almost magical force in my life. I would spend hours immersing myself in it, dissecting each element and understanding the layers that came together to create it.

As I delved deeper into the world of music production, I noticed a gap in the market. There were plenty of talented musicians out there, but many struggled to take their raw recordings to the next level. They had the talent and the vision, but lacked the technical expertise or access to professional production facilities to truly make their creations shine.

That’s when the idea for Audio Sorcerer was born. I wanted to create a haven for artists, a place where they could bring their musical visions to life without compromising on quality or breaking the bank. The name ‘Audio Sorcerer’ came from this concept – weaving magic into the audio, transforming raw sound into something ethereal and impactful. Also, the name ‘Audio Wizard’ was already taken!

I realized that while there were other music production companies out there, many were either too expensive for independent artists or didn’t offer a holistic approach. Audio Sorcerer was envisioned to not only provide mixing, mastering, and editing services, but also to educate and empower artists to understand the intricacies of sound production.

In essence, the logic behind Audio Sorcerer was straightforward: By combining top-notch production services with an educational aspect, we could fill a gap in the market and empower artists to produce music that truly resonated with listeners. The overwhelming response and positive feedback from artists who felt seen, heard, and understood only validated that this endeavor was not just worthwhile but also deeply needed.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

I was fortunate to have a good day job which funded the creation of Audio Sorcerer. Though Audio Sorcerer didn’t need a lot of capital to get off the ground, it certainly did make the process easier.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

My YouTube channel was key in building my company’s reputation. Through my videos, it showed people who never heard of me that I knew what I was talking about. YouTube brought me many customers and continues to do so today. I would say I still get more customers from them than advertising. Let that be a lesson in the power of YouTube!
