We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Damon Caldwell. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Damon below.
Damon, appreciate you joining us today. What do you think it takes to be successful?
I think it takes the right mindset for starters. Secondly, I believe a person has to be disciplined, diligent, consistent, goal driven, and willing to stay the course. Success is what ever a person puts their mind to and achieve that goal.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I discovered my gift for real estate in the year of 2017, after reading two of my favorite books “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki and “Quit Your Job in 19 weeks or less” by Sean Terry. After reading these books, I went on to follow some of the principles that made them successful and took massive action to jumpstart my career in the real estate field.
Since that time I have closed on multiple real estate deals without using any of my own capital to do so, and have taught others how to proceed in being active in real estate by using other peoples money as capital to close on single family residence and small apartments.
In my position I simply help my clients by becoming a problem solver. Most clients are dealing with a distressed property which they do not have the money to rehab, clients deal with foreclosure, past due taxes and much more. My team and I help these clients by getting them the finances they need or purchase price they’re seeking, by purchasing the property or helping them find buyers who will purchase the property with cash. This technique relieves them from their financial stresses and burdens at that current moment.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Honesty, hard work, and building the right relationships that’ll be long term and beneficial in the end, instead of focusing so much on the financial side of a deal.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
Yes, I have a whole catalog that I can share with people but to name a few:
Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
You Too Can Be Prosperous by Robert Russell
Earl Nightingale The Strangest Secret
Jim Rohn teachings
Bob Proctor teachings
And almost any book from Joseph Murphy that focuses on the subconscious mind.
