Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Damby Murad. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Damby thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. One of the toughest parts of scaling a business is maintaining quality as you grow. How have you managed to maintain quality? Any stories or advice?
As we grew, we stayed focused on what matters most: the artist’s experience and the energy of the crowd. We built a hands-on team that monitors every detail—sound, visuals, logistics—because one weak link affects the full experience. Quality checks are embedded at every stage. For example, after one early show faced sound delays, we implemented tighter tech checks and backups, which now run flawlessly. Our advice? Never lose touch with the artist’s vision and always watch the show from the crowd’s eyes.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
