We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Daisy Magana a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Daisy thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.

As co-founder of Vogue Parquet, I have a single mission, which is to grow our business based on our clients’ satisfaction. When a client hires me for their project, they do not do it because they like me, or because I am a woman, they hire me for my expertise. Our strength lies in the efficient approach of each project and the flawless achievement of high quality. Whether a project is a traditional wood floor, herringbone style wood flooring, or the construction of a new staircase, the Vogue Parquet Signature is the class that a project radiates, thanks to our craftsmen. We strive to deliver topnotch projects, bringing wood with craftsmanship, with an eye for all details and no mistakes in our work. Daisy, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

My husband and Founder of Vogue Parquet is a master carpenter with more than 10 years of experience. Before founding our business, he worked in the industry and invited me to his projects. I was fascinated with the finished projects. That’s how my passion for wood began. In 2018, Vogue Parquet was born. We are artisans and specialists in wood. One of our values is the detail and quality of our work. We make sure that our clients have a pleasant experience in the process of their project, from the selection of the wood floor, to the installation. We understand the real meaning of customization as craftsmen’s and carpenters there is nothing we can’t create with wood.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Very simple, we do every project like its our own home.
