Alright, Daisy thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you share an important lesson you learned in a prior job that’s helped you in your career afterwards?

Patience really is a virtue. Each stage in life comes with its own uncertainties and in a career-driven world, your attitude determines your destination

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

Aseye Cosmetics provides all-natural cosmetic products to help heal, hydrate and moisturize skin, hair and nails. Our primary aim is to help customers who deal with hyperpigmentation due to the overproduction of melanin. Our services provide products that will soften, brighten, heal dark spots, smell good and protect from sunburn. Aseye is not heavily coated (breathable) and does not contain any synthetic additives. Our products are to enhance the health and appearance of all skin, hair & nails affordable prices.

We are most proud of our ability to focus on smaller communities and nurture our customers’ interests in going, chemical, preservative and additive free when it comes to cosmetics.

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?

I have learned that having analytical and strategic skills are critical to success in the small historical industry. I would even take it as far as encouraging one to pursue a business or marketing course or degree. The passion is to help people but its also a numbers game

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

Being an overall people pleaser is a dead-end. Not everyone is meant to like or agree with you. You’ve got to identify your tribe and the sooner you do, the better. Just like they say, “a jack of all trades is a master of none”
