We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Dáisha Evans. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Dáisha below.
Alright, Dáisha thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. How did you learn to do what you do? Knowing what you know now, what could you have done to speed up your learning process? What skills do you think were most essential? What obstacles stood in the way of learning more?
I had to start treating it like a real skill I wanted to pursue for my career. It went from a hobby or passion to a career. I’d have to say my most valuable asset is my creativity.

Dáisha , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I make fashion content about pairing outfits, I speak on being tall and curvy, which is rare in real life. I don’t meet that many people that resemble or look like me. I also make funny videos just because I enjoy making others feel good. I enjoy seeing others happy.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
I still consider myself in the beginning stages of my craft, so there are times that my numbers don’t reflect how I might personally feel they should. I get discouraged at times but I continue to post. I switched my why. I changed my reason for my passion and my motivation changed.

What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
I want to reach my true audience. A group of people who feel like virtual family. Who interact, really build a community around me and what I want to benefit .
