Cyntreia, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Do you think folks should manage their own social media or hire a professional? What do you do?
I handle my own social media. Shanelle Ja’Boa (Shanelle J Studio) creates all of my marketing flyers and I use Meta Business to set up and pre-schedule them in advance. It’s so much more convenient than trying to remember to post content daily. I like to handle and run my own social media because I like to interact with my followers, I want them to know their travel agent, create a connection and or bond. I love how technology has increased and allowed free time, but I still want to be hands on in my business.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
I’ve always loved to travel & I’ve always been the one to book the vacations & activities for my family & friends. My family and I always did local trips to San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and we have driven to Oklahoma once. My first time on a plane was in 2013, the girls and I took flight to New York,
Ever since then, I have been addicted to traveling, and my favorite traveling buddy is my husband, Colby Hayes.
When I was offered the opportunity to make a living by doing what I love to do I immediately jumped into it. It’s a plus that being a travel business owner provides residual income, generational wealth, and financial freedom.
Our goal is to make travel easy, affordable, and effortless to all of our clients. We handle everything, only thing we require our clients to do is pack and get to the airport.
We’ve recently launched our Bougie Tourist Collection that has everything that a traveler will need before, during and after vacation.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
To stay in touch with clients and to keep Traveling Temptationz and the Bougie Tourist Collection on the mind we send out newsletters twice a month. We want to keep our clients and or future clients up to date with travel news, upcoming trips, deals and discounts. We’re heavily based on social media but we’re also aware that everyone doesn’t have social media so email marketing is our next best step.


Okay – so how did you figure out the manufacturing part? Did you have prior experience?
In regard to the Bougie Tourist Collection, I currently use a manufacturing company, print to order. It’s so much more time consuming as I don’t quite have the time to or material to print my own items. Reaching this level is on my goals list and I will definitely have the perfect team to help when this day comes. I did tons of research on what supplier to use for my print to order merchandise. I ordered samples after samples of products to make sure my clients are receiving the best.
