Cynthia , appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?

My name is Cynthia Diaz owner of Must B Cynful Lashes, here is a lil background of how I came up with my Business name I have love for eyelashes for years. I wanted to take that leap of faith to start my eyelash business after taking that leap of faith I started my business, months before I worked with a manufacture to create my eyelashes and it’s packaging I launched and came up with my business name a year ago January. I created a eyelash called sinful which gave me the idea to name my business Must B cynful Lashes. I created a line of eyelashes that would give you a chill look for the Day and created pairs for the night life but with a sinful touch. This is how I came up with my Business name and stand by it I wouldn’t change anything of it.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

Hello my name is Cynthia Diaz owner of Must B cynful Lashes, for years I had love for eyelashes I enjoyed wearing them I would catch myself at stores looking for a certain look that I would want for Day and Night time look one day it just clicked to me that I should start my Business and create Day and night time eyelashes for use, but of course the cold feet kicked in and I doubted my potential in starting a Business itself with licensing, and taxes plus IRS I feared that I couldn’t. I had a 8-3 job which I loved dearly because I was working with adults with disabilities but the work environment wasn’t it. so we had a virus hit us and that’s when I started to work with warehouse had samples of eyelashes sent out to me and I got the courage to start my Business I got 6 pairs Sinful, Find outtt, Sugar baby, Dreamgirl, IDGAF, which the pair Sinful those particular lashes is how I came up with Must B Cynful Lashes Name. It has had some sales but it’s ok I am only starting from the bottom. To those who are wanting to start a Business take that leap of Faith and go be a Bad ass, it’s a process but you can only make the Best of it have faith and if you do right by your Business you will have a Battle with yourself as to why you didn’t start it sooner lol (my reality right now ) smh. Just Do it…. I can honestly say I am proud of what almost a year of starting my Business where I am getting to its Baby steps but I know I will be successful I am only starting not stopping I have ideas that I want to put out there and soon. Live laugh love and most importantly create your peace and Believe within you, you got this.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

I feel like everybody has their own social media platforms as we speak I am going thru my resilience I use social media to market my Business Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, my own Business website, and I see that on one social media I am not getting the likes and the follows as I am on Instagram and sometimes that itself can make you self doubt of your potential and want to quit but then I have Instagram my followers that I get Likes and comments and purchases and those followers is what keeps me going I have eyes on me right now and that’s what keeps me going just the love and support is such a Blessing and I am just Humbled and thankful. Resilience at its finest.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

The love I have for my Instagram Followers!! Facebook not so much lol but I believe that each individual has their own unique Social Media Platforms, I started my Instagram page for my Business I would load pictures and videos of my eyelashes within 3 months my page currently has 517 followers and I am only setting it up to get more audience/followers. My Facebook is where I need to put more effort and start growing my Facebook page I know I will get there with my followers on Facebook. The advice I can give is just to be consistent and put your Business out there trust the process. Don’t give up.
