Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

One of the most transformative moments in my journey that illustrates resilience was during a particularly challenging project early in my career. The client’s expectations were high, and we encountered unforeseen complications that threatened to derail the entire design process.

Rather than succumbing to the pressure, I chose to view the challenges as opportunities for growth. I assembled a dedicated team, fostered open communication with the client, and approached each obstacle with a solution-oriented mindset. This experience taught me the invaluable lesson that resilience isn’t just about bouncing back; it’s about adapting, learning, and emerging stronger.

In the end, we not only overcame the hurdles but also delivered a design that exceeded the client’s expectations. This journey instilled in me the belief that challenges are an integral part of the creative process, and resilience is the key to turning setbacks into successes.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

The best source of new clients for CCS Interior Design Group has undoubtedly been word of mouth and client referrals. Delivering exceptional design solutions and ensuring client satisfaction has naturally led to positive recommendations from our existing clients. This organic form of marketing speaks volumes about the quality of our work and the trust we’ve built with those we’ve had the privilege to serve.
