We recently connected with CV Moore and have shared our conversation below.
Hi CV , thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
In the beginning of discovering my heritage, I found myself surrounded by my culture and was inspired by the world’s splendor. After the passing of the previous owner, I acquired “441 Culture Music Group” and licensed in the United States. With the same vision as the UK version of the label, I wanted to establish a different culture to a global audience. After two years of establishment, my vision was shared with likeminded people. One in particular is I’Neisha “Hustle Bunni” Wordlaw. Her ear for music on a multi-genre scale and with the power to voice the world, we entered a partnership with 441 Culture Music Group and joined the southern community as well as international connections. 441 Culture stands for a wide brand of sound. Bringing life to cultures that are criticized and not acknowledged for their amazing creativity. We bridge a gap in between different worlds.

CV , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
As an international recording artist, I go by the stage name Drevo Coolidge. In the entertainment business, my official executive name is CV Moore. In 2016-2017, I was signed as an artist with Sony Music Entertainment and every since I have plugged myself with other major labels and executives of all sorts. In 2020, I began my journey as a business / record label owner and entered the entertainment world on both sides of the tracks. While producing records, I learned and developed in the ins-&-outs of the music business. Connecting with my heritage in Bermuda, I became an activist and advocate for culture and supporting the assistance and guidance for individuals dealing with mental health depression. I have also acquired degrees in transportation, marketing & advertisement, as well as retail. One of my mottos is “…to give big in this small world….”
How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
Your exit from a record label is a big pivot. It’s not a suggestion of leaving on bad tides or not. It’s a suggestion of making the right investments (turns) in the upcoming present.

We’d love to hear about you met your business partner.
I met my business partner, Hustle Bunni, through the very sound that we are building off of. Music. A song of mines was playing on a podcast radio station, and she was listening. Very unique ears to the music. I can’t remember who sought after who first but when I made my presence known to her. Something about her just gave me the impression that she would be good for this business. I was a free agent at the time, and I was looking for management. Yet, did not know whom she was connected with. She was actually a well groomed novice to the music world. And something that was instilled in me. Underdogs grind the hardest because we are hungry. I literally had to convince her for weeks, maybe months, to manage me. It was unexpected the journey we would embark. Each day learning what small ripples really made big waves on our side of the music world.
