Curtrell , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?

I hope my Legacy will be like my late father, Pastor C. D. Murray I never met a stranger! Unfortunately, I recently lost both of my parents within the last three years. However, as I recall my father funeral service I remember a group of men arguing who was his best friend. My father and I was really close and as a child we would visit the community and my dad would talked to everyone he encountered and as we walked away from these conversations it was evident he deposit something into the person spirit. So like my father as a business owner a minister I never want to meet a stranger! Yes I’m in business for a profit and I love making women feel beautiful . Regardless of race, size, social status I’’m just here to remind every woman that she is fearfully and wonderfully made! So First Lady Fashions is not just another boutique it’s a ministry and we strive on never meeting a stranger!

First Lady Fashions is a ladies boutique that is here to serve every woman we have various sizes and styles available for your selection. We are know for our Cute and Unique yet Affordable Fashion ! We have repeat customers that comes in because they have a fashion vision but aren’t sure how to execute their vision. Of course we are glad to help and they leave fully confident they are equipped to complete their look and that makes me proud. Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Well right after losing my last parent seven months apart from losing my father, I was nominated for Best Boss Boutique in 2020 and won! I wanted this achievement for my parents and through hard work and dedication it was achieved.

Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?

To be honest I started my business at the beginning of the pandemic and was able to obtain the capital for my business from the severance pay we received. I bought my inventory paid for my location and build from there.
