Crystell , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
In 2016, I had a challenging experience with my real estate agent and lender during the process of selling and purchasing my home. I went through such a difficult situation, but I turned that negative experience into motivation to become a real estate professional and advocate for others.
My commitment to educating myself on various aspects of real estate, including loan types, credit score requirements, and file review, which is crucial for providing excellent service to my clients. Being well-informed allows me to guide my clients effectively, anticipate potential challenges, and ensure a smoother transaction process.
As I embark on my real estate career, my personal experience can serve as a powerful motivator and source of empathy when dealing with clients facing similar situations. My goal of preventing others from going through what I experienced reflects a genuine dedication to my clients’ well-being.
I always remember to continually updating my knowledge to stay informed about the ever-changing real estate landscape. Building a strong network and maintaining clear communication with clients are also essential components of a successful real estate career.

As the Founder and CEO of Dream Team Solutions LLC, and as Principal Broker of Harris & Harris Realty Group, Crystell is responsible for running all facets of the business. Crystell has been a real estate, taxes, and credit restoration expert for over fifteen years. She specializes in assisting clients with making smart investment and financial decisions through professional relationships based on uncompromising integrity, trust, and personalized service.
This Florida native has a proven track record and over ten years in entrepreneurship, with her specialties residing in real estate, credit restoration, notary services, and tax preparation. Prior to the establishment of her million-dollar empire, Crystell worked as a human resource manager where she provided job placement for thousands of Memphis area residents to various Fortune 500 companies.
Upon building her network, Crystell took the next steps in building her real estate business to start her own real estate firm which provides clients with the highest level of professionalism and conduct with services including new development listings, property management, and more,
She is a Multi-Million Dollar Club Realtor, Real Estate Broker, Certified Tax Preparer, Certified Credit Specialist, and she is also certified by the City of Memphis as a Black Minority Business Owner. Crystell has been featured on various news stations and outlets in the Mid-South, from News Channel 3 to CW 30 Memphis due to her entrepreneurial successes and trusted industry, as well as her philanthropic efforts.
Although Crystell wears many hats, from being a mompreneur and an advocate for business owners, she stays motivated because she knows that every single day she is helping change lives by not only providing the services, but by educating her clients on what is being done and how to prepare for financial growth.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Building a reputation based on integrity, accountability, and a commitment to doing the right thing is a solid foundation for success in my business, in which I thrive to do on a daily basis. . My dedication to helping the community through various initiatives, such as tax education, credit restoration, and facilitating home ownership, not only contributes to my personal success but also positively impacts the lives of many families.
Being a business owner since 2011, I truly understand the importance of fostering trust and credibility in my relationships with clients and the community. Building a positive reputation takes time and consistent effort, and thankfully, I have been able to achieve that by prioritizing ethical practices and community engagement.
Assisting families in becoming homeowners and breaking generational curses is a significant accomplishment that goes beyond the realm of business. It reflects a commitment to making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those in my community. It’s a testament to the idea that businesses can be forces for good and catalysts for positive change.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
I would say that I have a strong and positive approach to team management, focusing on trust, accountability, and leadership. Leading by example and being available to support my team members are excellent practices that can contribute to a positive work environment and foster a sense of collaboration. I believe that creating a family-oriented team where everyone feels valued and supported is crucial for building a cohesive and successful group.
The emphasis on a level playing field, with no hierarchy of “big I’s and little You’s,” suggests a commitment to equality and mutual respect within the team. This approach can promote a healthy team culture, where individuals feel empowered and motivated to contribute their best efforts.
