We recently connected with Crystal Solis and have shared our conversation below.
Crystal, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
What I think people would say about me is that I’m a very caring person. I have always been someone that looks into how to help others. I believe that we should all be helping each other in whatever ways possible. I would want everyone that’s ever worked for our team to have learned a lot to also better themselves and succeed to their full potential. We live once and my purpose is help everyone I can before I’m gone.
Crystal, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My husband was going to school for HVAC and was already a Jack of all trades, When the recession hit in 2007 there was a lot of people that wanted to get remodeling done since not very many were buying. It was at that time that we joined forces to build a one stop shop for our customers. We added many trades and began servicing more and more homes. One of the things I hear very often from our customers is that they were burned by another contractor. Work was unfinished, left poorly or they took their funds and didn’t ever respond. That is very frustrating because it changes everyones views on how to do future business. But I’ve always wanted to be set apart for my complete honesty. I’ve never chased big jobs to get “rich” my mission in business is to gain customers long term. Building long lasting business relationships has been very rewarding in so many ways. I value that relationship so much because all of our customers know they can count on us to take care of their needs and wants for their properties. I absolutely love solving challenging problems and meeting deadlines. That’s an accomplishment for our team when our customers need something done pretty quick and we deliver.
Our services include General Repairs, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Windows, Painting, Drywall, Flooring, Roofing, Framing, Landscaping, Fencing, Irrigation, Insulation, Resurfacing, Countertops, Pressure Washing, Carpet Cleaning, Cleaning, Water Extraction and Remediation.
Something I am most proud of is the growth of our business and expanding to several major cities in Texas. The networking and customers we have across the country and the world who call us for the properties that they own in Texas speaks volumes of the trust we’ve gained.
How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Customer service for us is extremely important. I always want our customers to trust our process and not be afraid of being scammed or getting a service that they didn’t want. I would never want to sell unnecessary services because of a customers lack of knowledge as I have seen in my previous work experiences with other companies. Integrity is key and our quick turnarounds also help our reputation.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Word of mouth has been the best because you come recommended for services that have already been provided and actual customer service that someone has already recieved.
