Crystal , appreciate you joining us today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
As I sit deathly ill watching a food network show I immediately thought “I can do that” that’s when my plan went into action! I originally Started Magnificent Morsels a restaurant but quickly realized that I wasn’t really prepared for that, unknowingly that demise over time turned into a beautiful success story today……
Education is key in any real success! My story starts with buckling down & coming to grips with my strengths, flaws & weaknesses. Needless to say that was honestly the hardest part of my journey building MMC.
I adamantly dove into every course & Cohort I could find. Signed up for every organization I ever heard of, this is what I feel really catapulted my success. I did the footwork showed up to every networking event & class I could.
The connections I made in each room gave me the knowledge & opportunity to scale MMC to what it is today!
This was a 3yr process of constant networking, classes & pitching my business. Yes, pitching is IMPORTANT!
I made a solid decision early in that failure wasn’t an option & that thought process made me learn to get out of my comfort zone & ASK the hard questions that I needed to know to progress & scale. Doing my ABSOLUTE BEST no matter what the job I was on to build a solid reputation.
These things are what make MMC what it is today………..

Magnificent Morsels is an innovative catering company changing the face of catering in the food & hospitality industry. Our “all-inclusive” approach & unmatched artistic flair is what allows us to provide a multitude of services from private parties to commercial output. We serve everyone this what makes us most proud!
MMC serves major organizations such as Amazon and Cincinnati Reds all the way down to providing wholesome meals for the food insecure in mass volume.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
Covid shut MMC down…… We decided ro take a skill that most had not seen in MMC to help our community. By doing so it alloted us the opportunity to feed the food insecure in our community. MMC feed over 26,000 families over a 9 month period through distributions at local school systems, nursing homes ect….. This lead us to opening a new commercial division of MMC. We then went on to service an organization called Whole Again and with this collaboration MMC distributed 40,000+ meals in less than 10 weeks! 4200 meals went out weekly with our team of only 8-10 workers!
We now service multiple catering industries with our new business model & it’s truly the catalyst that makes MMC so amazing.
