Hi Crystal, thanks for joining us today. Was there an experience or lesson you learned at a previous job that’s benefited your career afterwards?
I’m an inquisitive person, I love learning new things. My entrepreneurial mindset has led me through several different career opportunities. From being featured in several TV and film productions to the music industry, where I was integral in producing several successful worldwide tours with award-winning artists to building single and multi-family homes. All of which prepared me for the path I’m on today as a Realtor and Real Estate Strategist. I learned that when you demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment with a smile, some laughter, and a little bit of fun, that resonates with people. This mindset has set the foundation of my life and career. I treat people and situations how I’d like to be treated! I’m always confused when people are in customer service careers but lack customer service skills.
Crystal, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I learned the importance of building generational wealth through real estate early in life and am passionate about sharing this knowledge! I’m a Native Angelino; I come from a family of homeowners, Real Estate Developers, and Investors. That family influence led me to my multifaceted career in Real Estate. I believe it is essential to step into my client’s shoes; I realize that the buying/selling process can be emotional, time-sensitive, and crucial in reaching their real estate goals. My client’s satisfaction is the foundation of my business. Listening, empowering, guiding, and educating them to achieve their objectives is essential. I believe my attention to detail, commitment to making my client’s life easier during the transaction, knowledge, strong work ethic, and sense of humor keep my clients coming back and referring their friends and colleagues. I study the Real Estate market in multiple cities to gain a breadth of knowledge. I don’t tend to stick to one particular city or area because I am licensed and ready to sell real estate and help clients throughout California! My dedication to providing my clients with the latest tools and technology lead me and my Team – Rena Braud, Clarke Ball, and Andrew Houston, to partner with Compass, the #1 Real Estate Brokerage in the industry!

My business partner, mentor, and team lead, Rena Braud, were friends first! We’ve known each other for 20 years. She is a second-generation LA native Realtor and has been in the business for 30 years. She has been outstanding and instrumental in leading our team to success! I am grateful that our team of four feels like family, which creates an uplifting and supportive work environment.
We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
I feel that everyone appreciates a thoughtful, personal note or email. Even if the message is simple, that personal touch can go a long way in building rapport with clients. Sharing helpful resources, news, and industry tips is another way to be relatable and stay in touch. Of course, social media is a powerful tool as well. I think the thing that makes the most significant impact on repeat business, referrals, and brand growth is providing quality service. I treat each client with care, and they remember and appreciate that.
