Cristina, appreciate you joining us today. What was the most important lesson/experience you had in a job that has helped you as a business owner?

There are several important experiences that are acquired along the way of our lives within the different jobs that we have been able to go through, but I think the most important was learning to value the effort of employees, showing them that they are important and that we are grateful. for the work they have within the company, since when an employee feels valued they will take care of your business and work happily, thus being much more productive

Cristina, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

We developed our company in the midst of the chaos of the pandemic, as many know, in difficult times more ideas are generated, I was looking for a way for products from other countries in the world like mine to reach the door of their homes, jobs or wherever you want, so found CC&J DISTRIBUCIÓN CORP, we are an importing company, at first we started bringing food and selling it from our platform, little by little we have developed and transformed, now we have a product with our brand, Carolina Tixi, it is of a hand sanitizer, herbal spray developed based on pure essential oils of lavender, mint, orange, eucalyptus, and rosemary, which not only kills viruses and bacteria but also has various forms of use such as flu processes helping to decongest, it can be sprayed on surfaces such as pillows or bedding to kill mites, serves as an insect repellent, helps control headaches, nausea and dizziness, helps with muscle aches, is used to help relax and harmonize spaces, can also be sprayed on the body to refresh, it contains glycerin keeping our skin soft, in addition to having a practical design to easily take it wherever we want, it is a product in which you can find several benefits that have been designed so that our consumers feel that they have achieved a lot in a single product, we have all the health permits and it is for sale on our online platform, we hope to put it in stores and supermarkets soon, but this does not mean that we have left food products aside, if not that now we have become representatives of manufacturers who want to present their products within the United States, taking them to fairs and conventions to make their brands known, in addition to being able to develop products for American businessmen who want to create their own brands since we have a wide list of suppliers in different countries of America being able to offer you quality and good prices

We’d love to hear your thoughts about selling platforms like Amazon/Etsy vs selling on your own site.

We have our own platform www.ccandjcorp.com where we sell and promote all our products, we also use well-known platforms such as Amazon and EBay since over time online commerce has grown on a large scale, making many people They prefer to purchase the products from the comfort of their homes, jobs or wherever they are and they are delivered safely and quickly, but this does not neglect the objective of reaching the distribution of commercial chains such as Walmart, Publix, Costco, etc. They already have a large established clientele, thus being a great point in favor for each product that is sold in their establishments as well.

We’d really appreciate if you could talk to us about how you figured out the manufacturing process.

At the time of creating my Carolina Tixi brand, I was looking for someone to help me develop a high-quality product and where my clients can obtain great benefits by consuming it. Thanks to the commercial relationship that we have developed in different countries, I was able to find a supplier that met all our requirements, with which we are now working hand in hand and fulfilling the dream of having my own brand, many ask me why it is called Carolina Tixi, because I tell them that Carolina is my second name and only my family calls me like this, and I wanted all those who have this product in their hands and read it to know that it has been developed with all the love for them
