Cristina and Samantha , appreciate you joining us today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?

Well, We have always been accessories lovers. But we wanted to create our very own pieces. Accessories that not only can be elegant but that embrace your edginess, uniqueness and simplicity at the same time. Prior to 333bodega, We used to receive compliments on how we style jewelry so creating them just felt like an expansion of styling them. We felt like we Have something to give to the jewelry industry and that’s just what incited us to start the business.

A bodega is known to be a wine storage but is commonly used to refer a local convenient store , particularly, in the Hispanic community. 333bodega which is currently based in San Antonio Texas and is owned by two sisters originally from Equatorial Guinea, West Africa is your online bodega of jewelry. There, you can find their creations that are designed and hand-crafted by them . The jewelry pieces include necklaces , rings, earrings, waist chains, anklets ,and bracelets. We are currently expanding the brand to other type of accessories like handle for bags and even clothing.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Meaningful engagement and consistency are key factors to build an audience. It’s important to communicate with clients about topics that matter to them in order to grasp their needs. We do this by using polls and hiring testers for reviews. Consistency is the fuel to the business because it helps to build character.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?

We provide a website subscription to our clients that notifies them through e-mail of our updates such as sales, new arrivals and etc…
