Cristal, appreciate you joining us today. Showing clients you appreciate them is something I think most folks want to do – but it’s not always clear how to do it in a meaningful way. What’s one of the best examples of client appreciation you can share with us?
Showing appreciation to my clients is an act that continues beyond closing. My clients become close friends and I reach out occasionally throughout the year and send gifts on their birthdays, personally delivery holiday goodies to their door and have a client appreciation party. Their words of appreciation fulfill my heart and fuel my purpose.
Cristal, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I’m Mexican-American; born and raised in Austin, TX. I am a mother to a teenage boy, a baby girl, and wife to an amazing supporting man. I decided to get into real estate after having my baby. I was determined to find something that would allow me to manage my own schedule to be there for my children and to professionally continue to grow.
I managed an apartment community for 6 years and worked in the industry for the same management company 14+ years. I loved assisting our residents throughout the years. Real estate was the career path that would further allow me to continue helping people and have complete control of my schedule to be with my family and see my baby grow.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I can say social media is what got my business going. I started educating my audience via my posts & reels. Many of those posts prompted to questions and ultimately ended up in a transaction or a referral.
Being consistently present, showcasing your knowledge and passion for what you do, will bring unexpected blessings. Always be yourself and the rest will follow… your vibe attracts your tribe.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
I stay in touch with my clients throughout the year. Not only am I available for their real estate needs, but also anything outside of that. I have access to all type of resources and continue to offer my help in any way possible.
