I hope my legacy will be one that encourages people through difficult times. I hope my legacy inspires at least one person to find the greatest version of themself.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I have been blessed to build a business around my first love, the game of football. The life lessons the game has taught me have led me to my purpose, which I believe is to be an asset, be a resource and be a light. To find open doors & opportunities for my people but also to prepare them for success when those opportunities present themselves. 2 Live is about encouraging each other, uplifting one another and Elevating together, Rising tides raise ALL SHIPS!

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

For me, it has always been about the authenticity. Showing what I see through my eyes & sharing the raw, realness of it. Of course, there are times for editing & fancy graphics but my bread & butter has always been the simplest, most authentic content. Real & Raw!

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

I think in ALL things, the number one rule is: TAKE CARE OF YOUR PEOPLE! I know when people take care of me I have so much more love & respect for them that I’m willing to do whatever I can for them. I believe valued members of a team buy into the vision and are much more successful when they know others believe in them!
