Courtney, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
My name is Courtney Myles, and I’m the proud owner of Credit Solutions 01 and a licensed Realtor. My journey into this business started back in 2017, during a time when I kept getting denied for things I wanted and worked hard for. Those moments of rejection were frustrating and discouraging, but instead of giving up, I decided to take control of my situation.
I started learning everything I could about credit laws, consumer rights, and the power of good credit. What began as a personal mission to fix my own credit quickly turned into something much bigger. In 2018, I founded Credit Solutions 01, with the goal of helping others avoid the same struggles I faced.

Courtney, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
As I began helping people, I saw lives change — individuals who once thought homeownership was out of reach were finally getting approved and receiving their keys. I’ve now had the honor of helping over 150 people become homeowners, and every success story reminded me that this work truly mattered.
Eventually, my passion for helping clients go from credit repair to homeownership inspired me to become a Realtor. At first, I was nervous — I’ve always dealt with anxiety and didn’t want to disappoint anyone who trusted me. But I quickly realized that my personal experiences and genuine care for people are what make me different.
What sets me apart is that I’m truly a one-stop shop — I can help you rebuild your credit and then guide you through purchasing your home. It’s more than just business to me; it’s about empowerment, transformation, and breaking generational barriers.
That’s why I knew this was a worthwhile endeavor — because I wasn’t just solving a problem, I was creating a pathway for others to achieve their dreams, just like I did.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been building genuine relationships and delivering real results. I focus on treating every client like family and guiding them from credit repair to homeownership, which naturally leads to referrals and repeat clients.
I also use social media to educate and inspire — sharing credit tips, success stories, and homeownership wins to build trust. My one-stop-shop approach sets me apart because clients know I can help them rebuild their credit and buy their home all in one place.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
My best source for new clients has been referrals and social media. Most of my business comes from past clients sharing their success stories and word of mouth. Social media has also been powerful — by posting credit tips, client testimonials, and homeownership success stories, I consistently attract new clients who connect with my transparency and results.
