Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Courtney Godsey. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Courtney, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you open up about a risk you’ve taken – what it was like taking that risk, why you took the risk and how it turned out?
The biggest risk i’ve took recently has been relocating taking my talents to another state, I reached my peak in Ohio, I knew i wanted more for myself. One day I just said to myself ” I’m saving all my money” I got in my mode nike tech suits and tennis shoes. Booked a trip to my soon to be new home to look for places i didn’t have a solid plan but it was like a force was moving thru me it told me go, everything seemed so surreal for about 6 months it dawned on me I really was in a new space, Depression fell in being home-sick was a thing for me. Little did i know i needed to be in a new space to reflect. Relocating helped me discover new parts of me.

Courtney, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’ve always been a hustler, always wanted more for myself. I applied myself and once i did that showed why i was the best candidate i executed because, It’s always been in me. I love art when i say that i mean creating music, creating visuals, creating natural concoctions, being creative makes me feel whole, makes me feel complete. I am a naturalist I make my own skin care products as well. My overall goal has always been to help people in the most naturalist way as possible, That’s what makes me different my purpose is to help others thrive in their purpose bringing that vision to life. I started from nothing giving others like myself hope.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
I built my social media presence and am still building by being myself taking pretty pictures and putting captions that was real or things i knew people would always relate to

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?
I highly recommend the book called ” Becoming Supernatural” It helped me train my thoughts, be more open minded about people places and situations. Optimistic views for sure. We are magicians whatever we put our mind to can become our reality!
