If I were starting over, there are a few key strategies I would implement to accelerate growth and optimize resource use. Conducting thorough market research early on would help tailor our services more precisely to client needs, reducing trial-and-error periods and fostering quicker adoption of our offerings.
Second, I would invest in building a strong online presence sooner. Establishing a robust digital marketing strategy that includes SEO, social media engagement, and content marketing can significantly enhance brand visibility and attract clients without the need for extensive capital. Utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights from the beginning would provide valuable data to refine our strategies and improve our reach.

What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?
Yes, my side hustle did turn into my full-time business. I started QuickPro Digital Marketing while working a corporate job and juggling various other roles. My passion for web design kept me motivated, and I would wake up at 5 a.m. every day to work on my business before heading to my day job.
One of the key milestones was when I quit my day job in March 2020, the same year COVID-19 disrupted the world. Despite the challenges, we saw an opportunity as many businesses moved online. Our expertise in digital marketing and web design became highly sought after, and we were able to help numerous businesses establish their online presence.
Another significant milestone was expanding our services to include conversion rate optimization, which significantly improved our clients’ success rates and set us apart from competitors. The support and trust of our clients have been instrumental in our growth, and we continue to strive for excellence in all our projects.

I knew it was a risk, but I saw the potential long-term benefits of taking on this project. We decided to go all in and put in the extra hours to ensure we delivered beyond the client’s expectations.
