Alright, COSE thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

My primary mission is to inspire others through my life’s experiences. I have been able to overcome many obstacles in my life in which I know that as I continue to work towards my aspirations l can continue to be an example for others going through similar challenges .

COSE , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I Am an artist who began writing graffiti in 1979 on the streets of the Bronx NY , however , I made a transition when I began attending Manhattan Vocational technical high school in 1981, l began meeting other graffiti artists and was introduced to writing graffiti on trains , by 1983 l was finally on the radar of the infamous vandal squad detectives Hicky and ski, l got arrested for vandalism that year and was put on the “Daily News “ one of the most prolific graffiti artists that year (1983) …finally in 1984 l was arrested and sent to prison on other charges, l was discharged from prison in 1986 . I began making extremely unhealthy descisions in my life, consuming drugs, selling drugs, etc.. l lived this way for 30 years till decided to turn things around 7 years ago, about one year into my recovery from drug addiction and drug misuse, I went to school and became a substance abuse conselour , worked in the field till pandemic began, however, I had already began painting on canvas as a form of therapy in my life, today l exhibit my artwork in art galleries, l Have an LLC ( COSE TDS LLC) I am always willing to share my personal struggles and triumphs with others and will continue working towards all of my aspirations one day at a time …the saga continues to evolve as you read these words ✍🏼✍🏼✍🏼

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

There was a time in my younger years when I did not know the true value of a dollar and always mismanaged my money. It wasn’t until recent times when I overcame self imposed obstacles and began reading more self help literature that I began applying certain principles to my life, one of my favorite books 📚 is “think and grow rich” by Napoleon Hill…l Am continuesly applying these principles in my daily life. I began saving monies from my artwork sales/ commissions till l was ready to create my LLC ( cosetdsllc)

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

First and foremost, most of my struggles in life where mostly self imposed. However, I always still managed to pick up a book 📖 even through my self imposed struggles. Eventually there came a point where I began taking active steps to better myself and become a more balanced human being. I Am now an awakened soul. I truly had to unlearn many bad habits the moment I realized that we all as human beings are creatures of habits. My story and evolution continues to unfold as you read these words ✍🏼 Thank you 🙏🏼
