Cortez, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea
This Ideal Came From My Grandparents when I was Younger they Had an Cleaning Business named L&M cleaning Service, Well when I was Young I use to Enjoy going to help out and learn How to Build Relationships with Other Clients that My Grandparents Had Networked with So when My Grandparents Passed away I use to always Want to Own My own Cleaning Service also & Drive trucks which I got that idea of driving truck from My uncle and Dad Well One Day Around 2020 I had to idea of Researching How to Start My own Cleaning Service I went and starting doing all the leg work and Got my LLC and Ein Number then I was asking Myself How would i start Getting Clients and I mean I wanted to Get Alot of Clients LOL, So i said to myself Let me start doing some Advertising on Social Media and Marketing also and Once i started with 1 ad it became all i need to get started that 1 ad took me to Start Networking with other Cleaning Companies and also To start Building My Brand But as i was Getting clients I never had enough equipment so as i was gaining clients i was learning new ideas of Different ways to be dedicated to my clients, So the Execution was my biggest Fear because I wanted to make sure i had a path to follow always as i Grew My Brand Dedication Matters!

Well, My Moto is Dedication to Everything I do I make sure I go above and beyond because Even if Clients don’t Remember my Name personally, they will always Remember My Brand and that’s the biggest thing i Came to realize, I have Come in to situations were clients have had Cleaners for years and I offer them a Less expensive but go more into Detail when i come to their Commercial/Residential Property Because to me its more to it, Just Cleaning the Property and Earning Money NO! it’s a Passion I have also its My Grandparents who Push me through and keep me Going and also to give all my Clients and Peers Dedicated Work, As I get More into the Brand I am mostly Proud of Gaining My clients Trust and Abilities to provide all the Services that they Require which when I started I could not but as you learn you clients and build a relationship it gets easier especially as them knowing you Stand on you Brand!
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
A Lesson I had to Unlearn is that I was Thinking Everyone Wanted What i wanted in the Services That I provided But I came to realize That you have to Understand What the Client or Anyone you came in Contact with and had an conversation with that they needs might be way different than what you thought they wanted, So what i had to start doing was asking what services or Information could I provide instead of telling them what i could provide this Change made it a lot easier for me throughout my Journey! When I started That change, I started to Gain a lot more clients and also started to gain a lot more respect from Peers and Clients
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
The Touch of Keeping in touch with clients is that after i do an Service I also send and after service email and also I inform all of the clients that we can set them up on Recurring contract with an less expensive cost also, Fostering the Brand Loyalty is aways a Big one for me, Meaning The Brand stands on a Moto and that is Dedication to all our clients and peers we come in contact with,
