Alright, Corinne Victoria thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s talk about innovation. What’s the most innovative thing you’ve done in your career?

I created a character, introduced her to the world, and literally drew in an audience from almost all 7 continents. This still surprises me, and honestly I couldn’t thank God enough for giving me vision and wisdom.

Corinne Victoria, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I am the founder of the hit YouTube series “Coco Just Being Coco” that was created April 2020. So how did it all start (laughs)? The first episode was a joke, but it went viral and thats when my gift was birthed. There was a little boy who wrote in the comments, “if you keep making more of these skits, I promise you’ll have fans all over the world”. I had no idea how many children and parents would fall in love with Coco and Mama. Coco Just Being Coco is pure comedy and relatable to all age groups, making the content extremely family friendly. The feedback I get is what keeps me going! I have children thanking me for making them smile when they are having a rough day, parents applauding me for being able to keep their children entertained, and millions of people all over the world telling me to keep going.

So who is Coco? She is the average 9 year old girl with a big personality and a lot to say. She literally is a child who says what’s on her mind, and what everyone else is thinking. Coco has a big heart and it is difficult to do anything but love her.

I plan to expand the show and prayerfully make it into an animation. My goal is to connect with great people, and take my creation to the next level.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Social media is the place to be as an entrepreneur!!! Don’t miss out on potential clients or money living in a shell. I built my audience from TikTok. The blessing in TikTok is, you have the opportunity to have your content seen by many at a quicker rate than other platforms. The secret to it all… you have to use TikTok as leverage. Once you have your audiences attention, begin to only provide them with short enticing snippets that will make them want more. At this point is where you begin to push them over to your money making platforms (YouTube, instagram, Facebook etc.) to watch the full video. This takes practice, but once you get the hang of it, you will see how great it works.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

Managing a team takes patience, and a good understanding of who you are hiring. The best advice I have is to employ people not because they are your friends and family, but because they can be an asset. Check to see what qualities they have that your company lacks or is in need of. The stronger the team, the more successful the business will be. Make sure your employees are comfortable and feel appreciated. It is extremely important to motivate and keep them enthused in order to have a positive impact on your business. Building a solid team will open up many new doors.
