We were lucky to catch up with Cordarrian Hartsfield recently and have shared our conversation below.

Cordarrian, appreciate you joining us today. We’d love to hear your thoughts about making remote work effective.

My company is all remote based. I started my online business about 2 years ago . This was the best industry for me as the Covid virus had occurred and slowed down normal living . My online marketing has been a big role in my journey. I am able to market my clothing line and my promoting team through the platform of Instagram. Using Instagram my url is accessible, my profile has my email there for contact and booking purposes and it much faster to communicate with other business owners . I network with other entrepreneurs across the world along with promotions from social influencers has been a big impact. I ignited my career of party promoting from my online marketing. Night clubs owners started to reach out to my with a bargain to host at there nightclub . I make sure my Instagram is managed so only appropriate content is displayed .

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

I’m the owner and creator of the brand Biinrich . My brand represents my clothing line Biinrich and my party promoting team . I book parties and events at night clubs . Sales of merchandise can be placed thru Instagram and I do have a active website that’s you can place your order through. Shipping takes 2-3 days after order is confirmed. All outfits are limited edition. I do a clothing drop every season change and try not to drop the same pieces over. I’m in progress of making a winter collage now. Any fun sales or marketing stories?

I planned a birthday for a family member . I promoted and marketed on Instagram for about a month until the date. During setting up for the event my local authorities came to me trying to shut down my event before it even started. The reason was for not having a party permit , but I was prepared . My venue was a private own lot and the owner gave me permission so I was good . As the party began to get massive I started getting calls from the nearby clubs with a offers to pay me to host . I turned down my first offer because I already tried to discuss a booking and they turned me down . A second offer came in the same day and I book to do a night club event. I thought I wasted my opportunity because I turned down my first offer . Week later the club that I turned down book me with double the pay .

Can you talk to us about manufacturing? How’d you figure it all out? We’d love to hear the story.

I now have all my products manufactured . It took my a while to figure out how to get better quality. I was introduced to a way to contact and discuss business opportunities with manufacturing companies . I found my manufacturing company via searching instagram. Then I was forwarded to WhatsApp where my vendor preferably like to chat. I took a risk because there are overseas, after my first first order and I seen the quality I was satisfied.
