Hi Colleen, thanks for joining us today. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?

Our story of naming CK Strategic Solutions is rather simple. We found ourselves overthinking and getting lost in “ideas.” We focused on the foundation of our services which is providing clients strategic solutions. We added our first initials and CK Strategic Solutions LLC was founded.

Let me start by telling you a bit about our journey. We have always been passionate about helping businesses thrive, which naturally led us to the strategic consulting industry. Over the years, we have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, crafting tailored solutions that help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. It has been a rewarding adventure, filled with learning and growth. At CK Strategic Solutions we specialize in offering comprehensive strategic planning and business development services. Our team provides innovative solutions that address the unique challenges faced by each client. Whether it is streamlining operations, enhancing market presence, or guiding through a complex transformation, we are committed to delivering results that matter. What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?

Our professional journeys have indeed paved the way for us to venture into our own business. Kathleen and I attended high school and college together. we were always curious, with a knack for exploring new avenues and understanding how things function. Whenever we stumbled upon a unique hobby, product, or place that caught our eye, we’d become its biggest advocates, sharing our excitement with everyone we knew. We were essentially cheerleaders for brilliant entrepreneurship. One such brand was Red Bull, a discovery we made during trips to Ireland and California. We could not find it anywhere when we returned home to NY. We brought some cans home during our travels, found the address on the can, and wrote a letter expressing our desire to bring it to the NY market. Impressed with our initiative, the General Manager of Red Bull UK contacted me, and I became part of the team responsible for introducing Red Bull to North America. That experience, among others, taught us the value of appreciating and endorsing an entrepreneur’s innovative ideas or products.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

We use the same philosophy behind the founding of CK Strategic Solutions. We possess a deep curiosity for excellence. When we find something, we love and recognize its true value to society, we become passionate about it. Our fascination lies in the entrepreneurial spirit, the inventive drive that shaped America. We believe we are on the verge of remarkable new products and inventions emerging in the coming years. We are genuinely excited to witness the growth of new products and businesses. This embodies the American spirit. That is why we are selective with every product that comes our way; we prioritize quality over quantity for our clients. This is simply how we operate best—intrinsically. Often, the products and brands we admire are developed by individuals we enjoy being around, and that has always been the case.
