Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
For me, I believe the two main things were starting a podcast and consistently posting. Since starting the podcast, I’ve been able to connect with thought leaders in the industry and create a platform that shares their insights. At the same time, I’ve prioritized consistency with posting daily to be top of mind for my audience.

Communication is our main priority in the client relationship. Yes, we prioritize results, but positive results are a byproduct of proactive communication and collaboration.
At Brighter Click, we focus on our main core value, Education-first. This means we like to lead all client communication with education to share the why behind our plans and strategies.
We also make a point to have regular check-ins with clients via email or planned meetings and send out quarterly surveys to understand how we could improve the partnership with our clients.
