Cody, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Any thoughts about whether to ask friends and family to support your business. What’s okay in your view?

Family and friends shouldn’t be your go to’s. They are not your market. Strangers are the ones that will get you paid. Talk and network with as many strangers as you possibly can and they will take your farther than support from friends and family will ever take you.

The true friends and family close to you will support you regardless with out you having to ask.

We specialize in film making and are ready to bring any screenplay to life.

Have you ever had to pivot?

I started in this industry as an actor about 12 years ago and through landing a few rolls in major productions. It never really seem to pan out to be more than that. So, instead of continuing to search for opportunities, I decided to pivot into creating my own. In 2020 I opened up The C.B.T.V. Productions, and I’ve been booking consistently since then for projects Where I am directing and starring in just through the growth and networking in this field. It was a move that made a lot of sense for my career and was detrimental to the success of my company.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

This was all from the same stuff you always hear. Targeted hashtags. Time specific posting. And staying very active on all networks. Theses are the ways to work your way into the algorithm.
