Alright, Coach Jay | InnerGConnoisseur thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. If you could go back in time do you wish you had started your business sooner or later

Absolutely! If I had the knowledge that I have now I would’ve started my business as soon as I graduated from high school. Starting sooner in my opinion would’ve provided me with more time to correct mistakes and master my craft. I didn’t have any solid plans on going to college and I hadn’t quite figured out what I wanted to do with my life. Becoming a business owner would’ve been an outlet. Fast forward to the year 2021 and I’d gained the courage to finally take myself and my dream serious. I took a leap of faith and never looked back.

Coach Jay | InnerGConnoisseur, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

I would describe myself as a well rounded Individual with an empathetic, but vivacious personality. What sets me apart from others is my ability to remain AUTHENTIC. Staying true to self is the key. I’m able to help others heal by understanding that everyone is fighting their own battle in their own time. No judgement. I feel like I’m here to be a guide.

The reason I became a Life Coach is to complete that mission. It makes me proud when I realize that I actually had the courage to go for It!

To sum It up, I believe that whether someone Is seeking advice, strategies to overcome obstacles or a reliable person to depend on for venting purposes; that would be me.

I am a Certified Life Coach. However, I am not a Psychiatrist or Healthcare provider. I aspire to provide a steady balance when It comes to emotional Instability while motivating others throughout their healing journey. No matter the gender, age, sexual orientation or background, I’m confident that I can help achieve this goal.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

Honestly, I started my business with the money from a paycheck that I saved from my 9 to 5. I took small steps and paid for what I could every two weeks. Sometimes I had to save up money for months to accomplish one, small step. It was a struggle, because I didn’t have any guidance except the Internet, a few family members and experience, but It was worth It!

How did you build your audience on social media?

Faith, consistency and dedication! That’s exactly how I built my platforms on social media and gained the motion I have now.

My advice for someone that wants to build their platform Is to NEVER QUIT! Push through every emotion, take breaks, cry If you have to, but never give up on your dream. It all begins when they start and take steps for the vision In their minds to come Into fruition.
