We were lucky to catch up with Coach Cass recently and have shared our conversation below.
Coach, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What’s the backstory behind how you came up with the idea for your business?
Oh, the beginning of my business is deeply personal. I remember it vividly – 15 years ago, finding out that a man I deeply loved and thought was “the one” was, in fact, married. The emotional tornado was devastating; feelings of betrayal, shame, and self-doubt consumed me. I recall sitting in the dim light of my room, questioning my worth, my judgment, and my future.
That period of heartbreak led me to what I call my “awakening.” A moment when I decided that I could not, and would not, let one relationship dictate my future or define my worth. I submerged myself in the world of love and relationships – attending conferences, seeking coaching, and reading close to 100 books on love. I was determined to unravel the mystery of genuine, lasting love. And, in this quest, I discovered that while love was universal, the approach to finding it varied and was often riddled with misconceptions.
What got me excited was the realization that I wasn’t alone. Many professional, busy women felt stuck in the maze of modern dating, often feeling unworthy or overwhelmed. Here was a gap; while there were countless dating tips and tricks out there, few addressed the core: self-worth and the power of choice. This understanding became the bedrock of my business.
I chose to create a space where women could be reminded of their inherent value and be equipped with the tools to navigate love on their terms. The concept of ‘WANTED Woman’ was birthed from this: emphasizing that women are intrinsically desirable and have the agency to choose their love story. The excitement came from knowing I was offering a unique approach, one rooted in empowerment and self-worth.
The success stories, the tears of joy, the marriages, and the personal transformations I’ve witnessed since have been a testament to the impact of this philosophy. Every time a woman rediscovers her worth or finds genuine love through our guidance, I’m reminded of the ‘why’ behind my business. It’s more than just love coaching ; it’s about redefining narratives and helping women choose the love they truly deserve.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Growing up, I was always the go-to friend for relationship advice. However, it was a personal heartbreak, when the man I believed was “the one” turned out to be married, that truly defined my path. This heart-wrenching experience drove me to delve deep into understanding love. I read nearly 100 books, attended numerous conferences, and sought coaching. This journey led me to not only manifest the love of my life but also ignited a passion to guide other women in their pursuit of genuine love.

My insights and philosophy on love have graced platforms like NBC, Fox Soul, and a TedX stage. What sets me apart is my emphasis on self-discovery in the quest for love. It’s not merely about finding a partner, but about rediscovering oneself in the process. I fervently believe that every woman is born wanted, has the power to choose, and deserves a love that honors that.
I am immensely proud of every transformation story, every tear of joy, every testimony from the women touched by our work at the **Real Love Network**. If you’re new to my work, here’s my message: love is about empowerment, choice, and understanding your inherent worth. Whether you’re single, dating, or in a relationship, always remember: you are a WANTED woman. Embrace that truth, and let it guide you in love.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
One of the most profound moments on my resilience journey was not just navigating through my personal heartbreak, but actively seeking out the antidote to my despair. After the devastating revelation about the man I believed was “the one” being married, I was at an emotional crossroads. The weight of shame, guilt, and self-blame was almost too much to bear.
However, I refused to let that chapter be my entire story. I decided to turn my pain into purpose. Instead of wallowing, I became a dedicated student of love. With every book, conference, and coaching session, I was on a mission to understand authentic, enduring love. But it wasn’t just about theories and principles; I needed real-life examples, tangible proof that lasting love, especially for successful women, was achievable.
This led me to interview couples who had been married for over 25 years and, crucially, still genuinely liked each other. I sought out successful women who managed to strike a harmonious balance between love and their thriving businesses. There was an underlying question: Can you truly excel in business and still nurture a flourishing romantic relationship? The stories and insights from these couples and women were both enlightening and inspiring. Their journeys showed me that with the right partner, values, and commitment, you can indeed have both.
From the depths of personal heartbreak to the peaks of understanding true love from those who’ve lived it, my resilience was forged. This exploration not only transformed my personal perspective on love but crystallized my mission: to help other professional women navigate their love journeys. Today, my resilience serves as a beacon, illuminating the path for countless women in search of authentic, lasting love.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
Growing up, I was surrounded by fairy tales and romantic comedies that painted a vivid picture: Love was something magical that just happened, without effort, when the time was right. This pervasive narrative shaped my early beliefs about relationships. I thought that as a strong, independent, successful woman, love would simply fall into my lap when the stars aligned.
But after my heart-wrenching experience with Mr. “Wonderful,” I was shaken to my core. Here I was, having invested time, energy, and emotions into a relationship, only to discover he was married. That painful revelation shattered my rose-colored glasses and jolted me awake to a harsh reality: Relying on fate or destiny wasn’t a strategy for finding lasting love.
It was during my personal journey of healing and self-discovery that I had to unlearn this passive approach to love. Instead, I realized love, like any other aspect of life, required intention, effort, and proactive steps. I dove deep into learning about love, relationships, and the dynamics that lead to lasting connections. By interviewing long-married couples and successful women who seamlessly blended love and career, I discovered that intentionality and active pursuit were the real keys to unlocking love’s potential.
Unlearning this lesson reshaped my approach not only in my personal love journey but also in how I guide and empower the women in the Real Love Network. I now advocate for active participation in one’s love story, ensuring that love is not left to chance but is consciously cultivated.
