Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Cindy Rojas. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Cindy thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.
I, like a lot of women in this world, underwent a relationship I was no longer happy in ,i was grieving a big loss of my family member my uncle to be exact, I was a mother to 2 amazing children that needed me and demanded my attention. With all these mundane responsibilities in mind, I knew I had to step it up as a women that I am, and genuinely manifest my best life. This included my own brand and business. My personal life inspired my entrepreneurial journey and changed my outlook and perspective towards life and business as well. I have been able to utilize what I have learned as a mother and everything else that I am outside of my business, as a tool and resource for my brands growth and expansion, from employing, firing, and everything in between. It has been a beautiful journey well worth it.
I will be honest there was no doubt in my mind that it would surely work yes there has most definitely been bumps on the road towards success. Like any small business, when we start, we tend to strategize plans solve problems which is target the kind audience we want, including how to get a couple of sales. It does get better, sometimes not overnight, but it does. It’s important to use all your resources correctly and effectively. Hire, and fire whomever you need. Build a team, and aspire to be the best version you see yourself and your brand being. I love to keep a vision board within site of my office, it reminds me of why I am doing what I do often. It motivates me and uplifts me during moments when I need them the most
I think what got me more excited about this idea in my business was that i can truly tell my story and bring other woman men to actually be positive about any situation and learn to love and heal and move forward to manifest what they need why i think anything you set your mind too works out in your favor.

My goal is to reach to as many people of all walks of life as possible, with the message that we can all love ourselves, have products that are catered to everyone in mind, so to we are able to let our inner heal ourselves! i think im very proud to lead the way to help others feel free loved and healed. i am mostly about love and giving love kindness goes along way.
How do you keep your team’s morale high?
the advice i would give would be be very transparent communicate clearly directly. make sure we have an open space for constructive feedback in a positive manner, give positive recognition delegate with lots of care offer a clear vision and just encourage them. working in confidence and positivity transmutes a healthy mental work environment.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
i think better content of the brand being yourself and the quality of our products go hand in hand in growing your clientele they like natural real people that can always relate to them not just someone trying to sell them whatever.
