Cierra, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Being successful first starts with putting God first with everything you do. Secondly would be to never give up, always stay consistent even when it gets hard. The reason I say this is because we have to go through things to get a better understanding at everything we do. Without experience how can we tell a person something if we never been through anything? Third always remember your why, why did you start? Always remind yourself that when things get tough it will always help you to keep going. Last, love what you do. If you love what you do it will take you far then you could ever imagine.

Cierra, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Cierra Starr I am the mother of 2. Entrepreneur of many businesses but the first I would like to introduce to you all is Starr Bella which is a cosmetic business. Starr Bella was established the year of 2020 in the state of Missouri. At the time I was attending cosmetology school in just was at the point where I was ready to start something new. I always loved to purchase cosmetic products, so I thought why not begin to start selling my own. During this time, I just begun to get out of a broken place. The broken place helped me to come back out to the light to blossom and to beautify myself. With using the cosmetic products, I begun to start thinking about other women who may have been in the same situation as myself so that is why I wanted to take the business even far. It’s not just about selling lip-gloss and lashes it’s about helping women feel confident feel beautiful within their self. Yes, the natural look is beautiful as well but when adding an extra look to ourselves it brings out the glow in us it makes us feel good and that is what I wanted for women. To let them know it’s okay to add a little shine/glow to yourself to feel even more beautiful.

I am so proud of how far I have come within the business. It hasn’t been easy, but I never gave up. Consistency is key to keeping a successful business.

Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?

Yes, there are many books I like to read one of my favs is “Get more done in 12 weeks then others do in 12 months! There are also many videos I love to watch that I really can’t name them all.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

I would say the things that helped build my reputation within the market is being trustworthy, providing great customer service, getting involved with the community just putting myself out there. Also, I would say engaging, which is very important when you’re in business,
