We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Cierra LaShaun Jones a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Cierra LaShaun, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
Mission: It Is defined as an important assignment carried out. Every soul that enters into the earth plane has been given a specific mission to fulfill but most importantly many lessons to learn along that journey. Destiny is a voyage, it is a great pilgrimage of travel between being born and then being birthed into purpose. There is a difference. The day you discover your purpose is the day that you have truly been birthed. It is the day that you simply stop existing and enter into being. At the age of 12 years old, Cierra LaShaun Jones entered into a period of awakening that came upon the hills of divine intervention. Going through the process of
growing pains as a teenager, I took a good look at the societal ills, teen pregnancies, drug and alcohol abuse and many of the vices people are driven to as a result of undealt with pain. I realized at 12, despite the trending path taken by my peers that I was called to go a different route. I also realized that I somehow had the mind, the gift of articulation and grace to successfully be a voice to my generation.
At the age of 12 I became a master teacher. In middle and high school, I created conversations and study groups that caught the attention of Principals, school administration and students. I knew then that what was on my life was something divinely inspirational.
My mission, was to use my voice to speak to empowerment and ascension that is possible with every soul that is willing to heal.
I had a dream and encounter that changed my life at the age of 12. I saw myself walking through a world that looked like hell. Thousands upon thousands of people were calling my name begging for help. In the dream, I rescued as many as I could. I woke up shaking. This day was the day that I realized I am only here to HELP people overcome trauma, generational curses and every negative experience that is designed to keep them from maximizing their potential.
Cierra LaShaun, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
ACLJ Intercontinental, a subsidiary of ACLJ Worldwide,LLC is a faith based organization that infiltrates and impacts communities through humane services, outreach and powerful conferences designed to uplift the total man spirit, soul and body. Spirit being primary as I believe that this is the most powerful part of humanity that goes ignored. As founder and CEO of ACLJ Intercontinental, I oversee 2 powerful schools of spiritual enlightenment and development. U.K.P.C known as “United Kingdom Prophetic Conservatory” a greenhouse community that deals with the evolutionary process of high emotionally intelligent and spiritually gifted individuals who have a strong prophetic grace gift. I teach them how to take the gifts that God has given them and to impact government, arts, media, entertainment, education or the sphere of influence they are called to. As a spiritual advisor to many celebrities and high profile political figures, I have become evidence of what it means to merge spiritual gifts with the marketplace. I am that voice who guides people through challenging seasons by sound counsel , wisdom, and insight.
My passion in life is to see women empowered, healthy and whole. In 2019 another baby was born as our women’s network : “Mantled and Mentored Women’s Empowerment Group”.
What started out as a program with an open invitation to only 12 women for a three month period, turned into now two years of mentoring hundreds of women! This group is special to me because it has become a safe haven of outpour and counsel to even sex trafficking victims and survivors, prostitutes and the likes. We have been very instrumental in working with the Santa Maria House, a shelter for traumatized women as well as the Star of Hope, a women’s and family shelter in Houston, TX. We strategically assist in their rescue off the streets and aftercare to help them recover from the trauma that drove them to making bad decisions in life. I am most proud of the impact that has been made through the freedom and elevation that becomes evidence in the lives of so many that started out broken and emerge WHOLE!
I believe what separates us from most is the quality of our 5 star curriculum, teaching, and impact! This is more than anything religious, it’s real life IMPACT! I’ve found that making an impact means that you are touchable and reachable. We are worldwide in influence but never too big to reach the person who may just need a kind word. When I take the time to greet and meet people, I am always thanked for being reachable and not having an attitude of being too grand. Service to mankind is the creed of my life.
I am grateful to be chosen to impact nations.
Additionally, I am an Ambassador to the nation of Pakistan, working as a researcher for the Lawyers of Pakistan, a legal group and firm. This is a conglomerate of lawyers who are working with Pakistani government to ensure the socio-economic advancement of the nation.
What is so phenomenal about this is that as a black female, a double minority, I am being used by God to impact a predominantly muslim nation. How BIG is that? Big BIG! I am founder and president of the AClJ Food & Bible Distribution Center in Khanewal, Pakistan. We have translated over 500 bibles from English to Urdu language so that new converts can easily read about God in their native language.
I believe in teaching life skills and creating possibilities for women and children to awaken the spark of entrepreneurship and enterprise. This year, we launched the ACLJ Sewing Center in Khanewal, Pakistan where the women are sewing and selling the most beautiful handmade pashminas (shawls).
This is my greatest accomplishment, to see women of impoverished nations WINNING!

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Social media is an amazing tool for brand identification and the building of business. If you pay attention every business or brand has a social media presence. The power point in that last sentence you just read is PRESENCE. There are many people who have a negative view of social media and that is because they don’t understand that we are living in a digital age. As a matter of fact the world is transitioning from physical currency into digital currency which only speaks to the need to have digital identity. How I strategically built my audience on social media is through consistently maintaining my authenticity.
Who you are authentically should shine through In your social media content which is classified as posts.and pictures.
My advice to anyone who is seeking to build their brand or business on social media is to first solidify your message.
What is it that you want to communicate to your audience?
What do you want to be known or remembered for?
Image is also very important. The main problem that I have seen in many emerging businesses or brands is that the quality of their physical representation is not up to part. Schedule a professional photo shoot with a photographer that will render the best HD crisp and clear photos that allow the light of who you are to shine through. Once you have solidified your purpose and intent as well as identified your targeted audience, posts content centered around that PURPOSE!
Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Resilience is the ability to remain consistent and faithful to your cause until the very end. There Is a biblical proverb that states the race is not given to the swift nor the strong but to him that endures until the end.
This last year alone has been the worst year ever personally as I battled Covid and almost lost my mother who was hospitalized for one month and two weeks with Covid and double pneumonia.
When you experience anything that threatens your life it totally changes your perspective of how you’ve been living.
The day that I had to leave my mother at the hospital in the care of doctors who did not know what to do was the day that broke me to my core.
I had to leave her there in critical condition not knowing whether this will be the last time that I will see her.
I could barely breathe fighting cove it myself but I was resilient.
Every day I was on the grounds of that hospital praying and going live on my social media page . I set an intention to share my story of faith through my fearless display of strength under pressure.
This was the season that I had to lean on everything that I had been teaching other people to do.
I did it and I won. I watched God heal my mother from from conditions that they said she was going to die from.
Along this journey you will deal with many things sickness, betrayal, disappointment, sabotage, you name it.
What makes you unstoppable is your decision to remain consistent to the assignment.
This year on May 4th, 2022 my grandmother passed away and that was the hardest thing as I’ve never experienced a death close to me like that. It rocked my entire world.
Grief can be a silent killer and can cause many people to never recover and pick back up their purpose. You see I had experienced the reality that even some of the people that I’ve called true friends were not. Relationships that I valued I learn did not value me. Some used me for my money and for what I could give them. Once they got all that they wanted from me , they discarded me like I meant nothing. This is not being mentioned from a bitter rejected place, this is being mentioned because it is the reality of the warfare of anybody who decides that they’re going to be great. In the midst of personal heartbreak, I never stopped teaching and pouring out. I kept going. I kept praying. I kept healing. I kept giving. I decided to FULFILL my destiny no matter what.
Please allow me to reassure you that you can do none of these things without the strength of God.
