Chyna, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today So, let’s imagine that you were advising someone who wanted to start something similar to you and they asked you what you would do differently in the startup-process knowing what you know now. How would you respond?
I would only change being less critical on myself.
Consistency would have drove me to where I am today quicker. Being critical on myself caused me to hold back on the potential I possessed. I also feel everything happens for a reason and it was a learning curve to get me where I am today and not give up.

I’m a Lifestyle Blogger and Jewelry Designer who has a passion for pouring positivity into other’s. I got into my field because I wanted to find a way to share real life experiences, tips, and Jewelry that could help uplift other’s who may not have positive outlets. I wanted an outlet to inspire while also being inspired by other’s. I am most proud of being able to make other’s feel fulfilled with my jewelry or uplifted and motivated through my post’s.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
By taking quality photos and video’s. Genuinely engaging and networking with my followers or like minded individuals. Always staying consistent and posting during my highest engagement times.
I would always say to be yourself but have something unique with substance about you to captivate your viewer’s. Whether it be tips on a topic, dance skills, humor, adventures, etc.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Going out in to the public and engaging with the community. Sometimes that can mean being a vendor at events or setting up shop somewhere on my own to allow people to shop first hand in person. It gives them a way to feel more personally connected to the products, myself, and the brand.
